No Creosote!
Halt Cribbing coatings are safe, effective replacements for creosote. Made from a unique blend of oils, it contains no toxic penta or chemicals and is highly disagreeable to 99% of all horses.
It lasts longer than paint. Compared with paint used for similar applications, halt cribbing last 3 to 4 times longer.
This oil-based coating is available in brown and black, as well as a colorless version and is available in spray cans, one gallon, five gallon pails, and drums.
Halt Cribbing is easy to apply by brush or spray, which ever suits you best. Halt Cribbing is recommended for unpainted wood and is not intended for pressure treated wood. Colorless can be used on painted wood.
